The Llandrindod Wells Spa Town Trust

The Llandrindod Wells Spa Town Trust, through the Llandrindod Action Team is committed to the revitalization of the Town. The Llandrindod Action Team is made up of community representatives supported by key partners and is accountable to the people of the Town.

To illustrate the level of involvement to Llandrindod Wells, we list below a number of projects in which we have played, through the Town Co-Ordinator, an essential and significant role.

Middleton Street Improvements – paving and street design

New Finger Posts and Tourist Signs
New Notice Boards (5) – innovative designs, now popular with local organisations
New Planters (6) – creating a welcoming image to tourists/visitors
The Lake Park Play Area – supported by local group, PCC and Town Council

Catalyst between Disadvantaged Groups in the Town and local authorities and/or government bodies.

The Llandrindod Action Team aims to ensure that all projects support equal opportunities, particularly promoting and protecting the local youth and disadvantaged members of the Llandrindod community and aims to incorporate this policy in all of its projects.
